Private Try-On FAQ

Private Try-On is a browser studio for generated outfit previews, with separate image and video allowances. Read these answers before sharing photos, choosing a pack or using a result in your store.

Style preview, not a fit guarantee.

Where do my photos go?

Uploads and results are not written to our database or disk. While a generation runs, our server may hold them in memory for up to 30 minutes, then they expire. Inputs are sent to Agnes to generate the result; Agnes may apply its own retention.

Does generation happen on my device?

No. The browser sends your inputs through our server to Agnes for generation. Images are still sent to Agnes to create the requested result. Retention after generation may still apply, and immediate deletion is not claimed.

Is Private Try-On safe to use?

There is no blanket safety guarantee. Read the privacy explanation, use only images you have permission to process, and avoid sensitive or intimate images. External AI processing and provider retention remain part of the service.

Are my uploads used for model training?

Based on written confirmation from Agnes support, uploads sent for generation are not used for model training. We cannot link a public Agnes policy for this.

Can I use virtual try-on without a subscription?

One-time image-credit packs do not renew. 5 image credits free, once, for an eligible verified account. Starter: $2.99 USD once for 10 image credits, with no subscription. Video access is separate; check the current plans before buying.

How many runway clips are included in each plan?

Pro: 5 video credits per paid month. Up to 1 10-second clip if the whole monthly video allowance is used for this length. 20-second clips need 10 video credits, available on Pro Max. Pro Max: 15 video credits per paid month. Up to 3 10-second clips if the whole monthly video allowance is used for this length. Up to 1 20-second clip if the whole monthly video allowance is used for this length.

Can Etsy and Shopify sellers use generated images?

Our Terms allow personal and commercial use to the extent law allows, provided you have rights to the inputs and products and do not present output as an exact product photo or proof of fit. Third-party rights and the AI provider's terms may also apply. Etsy listing images must show the actual item under its Listing Image Requirements; additional generated views are only appropriate where its specific rules permit them. For your own store, ads and social posts, review channel rules and identify AI styling concepts clearly.

How does Private Try-On compare with FASHN, Kling and Doji?

Compare the workflow: FASHN offers a web app and API; Kling documents model-and-product virtual try-on; Doji describes an app with AI likeness and closet features. Private Try-On is a separate browser outfit studio. The linked comparisons cite each product's own pages and do not rank output quality.

How do I contact the operator?

Use /contact for billing, privacy, seller enquiries or bugs, or email [email protected]. Do not attach photos or passwords.
