you are sharing.

A try-on uses your images to create a new image. That requires processing by an external AI provider. Here is the difference between your media and your account data.

Operator and governing law

Private Try-On is operated by Yan Gao, an individual developer (no registered company), contact [email protected]. This policy is governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence. This does not remove mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Photos and measurements

Original uploads are held temporarily in server memory for generation, for up to 30 minutes. New generated results are stored privately on our server and available in your account for 30 days. Inputs are sent to Agnes to generate the result; Agnes may apply its own retention.

Your chosen inputs are submitted for the generation you request. New generated images and videos are saved privately in your account for 30 days, with the expiry date shown in My creations. Videos are copied to our storage so access does not depend on the provider's temporary link. Download results before their expiry to keep them longer. Do not upload someone else's photo without their permission.

Results stop being accessible at their expiry time. The server removes expired result files during its hourly cleanup; an outage may delay physical removal until service resumes. These result files are not included in our account database backups.

External AI processing

Only Agnes is currently enabled. Other adapters in our code are inactive and receive no data; if we enable another provider we will name it here before it receives uploads.

Your inputs are transmitted through our server to the configured AI provider. Images are still sent to Agnes to create the requested result. Retention after generation may still apply, and immediate deletion is not claimed.

AI model training

Try-on images are processed by Agnes, the generation provider. Based on written confirmation from Agnes support, uploads sent for generation are not used for model training. We cannot link a public Agnes policy for this. This confirmation is about Agnes. It does not describe a different provider.

Clothed fashion previews and safety

We do not support undressing, nudity or sexual imagery. Images submitted for still-image generation are screened on our server before being sent to Agnes, and generated images are screened before delivery or account storage. A rejected input is not sent for generation; a rejected output is not delivered. If the safety check is unavailable, generation stops. Automated screening can make mistakes; it is not a guarantee that every unsafe image will be detected.

Try a sample without an account

The anonymous demo uses only our fixed synthetic adult model and one selected sample garment. It sends these sample inputs to Agnes to generate a new result. The anonymous result is returned to your browser and is not saved in an account gallery. There is one attempt per IP network and browser every 24 hours, with additional site-wide capacity limits. Failed attempts also count.

To enforce these limits we use a signed first-party cookie and store keyed hashes of the IP network and random browser identifier, together with attempt times. The trial database does not store raw IP addresses or photos. Records older than 36 days are removed on the next trial request; removal can be delayed when there are no new requests. These operational limits apply even when usage statistics are off.

Photos chosen before registration

Choosing your own photos on a search page previews them in this browser. If you select Continue to account, compressed copies are saved in this browser so you can finish registration without choosing them again. This draft expires after 30 minutes and is removed when opened after expiry or imported into the studio. It is sent to our server only when you request a generation. On a shared device, avoid saving a draft or clear this site's browser data when finished.

Your account and purchases

Account details, sign-in sessions, allowance balances, subscription records and payment references are stored so the service can manage access and purchases. These records are separate from a photo gallery. PayPal processes payments when checkout is available.

Age eligibility

The service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Affiliate referrals

If you arrive with a valid ref code, we store that first referral in local storage and a first-party cookie for up to 30 days. If you create an account during that period, the code is attached to your account and eligible purchases so we can calculate commissions. We do not use a third-party affiliate tracker. Affiliate applicants provide their name, contact email, PayPal email and public website or profile for manual review.

Merchant pilot requests

If you request a private store preview, we store the work email, public store address, optional note and broad referral source you submit. We use these details only to assess the store and reply about the merchant pilot. Submitting the form does not create an account, install store code or start a subscription.

Contact messages

If you use our contact form, we store your email, selected topic, message, submission time and notification status to handle your request. We email the message to the operator using our email service; the operator's mailbox also holds a copy. We do not store your IP address with the message. These support records are separate from generation photos. Do not attach photos or passwords. Contact the operator if you want to request deletion of a support message.

Usage statistics

Our own usage statistics use first-party referral data and aggregate counts. Cloudflare provides our CDN/proxy and may provide cookie-free Web Analytics when enabled by the operator. We do not use Google Analytics.

Limited usage statistics are on by default. We record daily totals for page views, sign-ins, completed registrations, successful tool uses, checkout starts, confirmed payments and refunds. First-touch fields are limited to sanitized UTM source, medium and campaign values, the referring hostname, the landing path and the first-visit time. We use a first-party cookie named ft for up to 180 days. We do not use visitor IDs, full referrer URLs, IP addresses, photos or measurements for this tracking.

The browser keeps your first touch in the ft cookie and your statistics preference in local storage. The first touch is written only when the cookie is absent. If you register while statistics are on, those fields are copied to your account; checkout also keeps an independent snapshot on each order or subscription. Turning statistics off clears the pending browser attribution and disables future attributed account events. Global Privacy Control is honored; Do Not Track does not disable these limited statistics. Aggregated daily totals are retained for up to 25 months for trend and attribution review. Account and payment records follow the separate operational retention requirements described above.

Preview, not a measurement

Generated images can change details of your face, body or clothing. Measurement-based previews are approximations. Neither mode guarantees garment sizing, physical fit, fabric behaviour or purchase satisfaction.

Using a shared device

Sign out from your account page when you finish. Downloaded images remain on your device until you remove them. Avoid uploading sensitive images on a device you do not control.

Privacy questions and requests

Email [email protected] with the account email involved and a clear description of your request. Do not attach photos or passwords.
