Terms of use

A style preview,
with clear limits.

These terms explain what Private Try-On provides, what you are responsible for and what a generated image can—and cannot—tell you. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Private Try-On creates AI-generated style previews from the person and product references you choose. It is a visual exploration tool, not a tailoring, sizing, authentication or product-inspection service. Output may change faces, bodies, colours, logos, prints, garment details, accessories, pose or background.

2. No fit or purchase guarantee

Every result is an AI style concept only. It is not a guarantee of fabric, fit, sizing, drape, colour accuracy, product identity or purchase satisfaction. Check the retailer's product page, measurements, size chart and return policy before buying.

3. Your uploads

You must have the right and permission to use every photo or image you submit. Do not upload illegal material, intimate images, images of children, or another person's image without their permission. Inputs are sent through the service to the configured external AI provider for the generation you request. Provider-side processing and retention rules may apply; read our privacy explanation before uploading.

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Availability can change while we maintain the service, replace a provider or address misuse. Do not attempt to bypass allowances, access controls, security checks or provider restrictions.

5. Credits, plans and payments

Current prices, included allowances, renewal terms and checkout availability appear on the pricing page. Image and video allowances are separate unless the plan states otherwise. A generation can use the applicable allowance even when you dislike the creative result; a technical failure that the service recognises may restore the corresponding allowance. PayPal handles payment information when checkout is available.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

You can review subscription status and available cancellation actions from your account. Cancelling stops future renewal when the payment provider accepts the cancellation; it does not erase completed payments or automatically create a refund. Pending checkout records can be removed from the account view when that action is available. A payment-provider record may still exist for reconciliation and fraud prevention.

7. Merchant previews

A merchant pilot request is an invitation to discuss a limited preview, not an automatic contract, integration or subscription. Any store-specific scope, fee, timeline and permitted use must be confirmed before work starts. Generated previews are not exact catalogue photography or evidence that a product will fit a shopper.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate, harass, deceive or exploit another person; create unlawful or non-consensual imagery; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; probe or disrupt the service; resell access without permission; or present generated output as verified evidence of a real product, person or event.

9. Service changes and responsibility

AI providers and web services can be unavailable, delayed or produce unsuitable output. We may change or suspend features to protect users, costs or service integrity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for decisions made from a preview and for reviewing the real product before purchase.

10. Updates

These terms may be updated when the service, payment options or providers change. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
