Private Try-On pricing: AI try-on packs and plans

All prices are in USD. Image credits create still outfit previews; video credits create 10-second runway clips on Pro plans.

Pricing questions

What is the difference between image credits and video credits?

Image credits create still outfit previews and separate background edits. Video credits count individual runway clips from an existing still result. Current clip length and allowance appear on pricing. The two balances are separate and cannot be exchanged.

Can I cancel a monthly plan at any time?

Yes. Cancellation stops future renewal after PayPal accepts it. Your account page shows the available cancellation action and current subscription status.

What is the refund policy?

Recognised technical failures, invalid video duration and failure to save a result return the reserved allowance automatically. We do not offer a cash refund window for completed purchases or subscription periods; this does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Contact [email protected].

Your allowance, your account

Purchases are linked to your signed-in account, so your balance is available when you come back.

A failed generation? Credit back.

If a recognised technical generation failure occurs, its corresponding allowance is returned automatically.

Know what you are buying

Monthly plans renew through PayPal until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a completed payment.

Choose an allowance around the work you want to do

Start with the number of outfit decisions you want to explore, rather than the number of garments in your wardrobe. A preview can combine several supported pieces, but comparing another combination requires another generation. For example, someone deciding between two shirts with the same trousers needs two separate outfit attempts. Any additional attempts to clarify an unsuitable result also use the current generation allowance unless a recognised technical failure returns it.

A one-time pack suits an occasional batch of still previews because purchasing it does not start recurring renewal. A monthly plan has a different commitment: review the renewal amount and included allowances before approving it. Choose a plan with runway access only when you need motion and the video feature is currently available. Do not infer that a larger image balance can be exchanged for video credits.

Estimate the cost of a small project

Write down the exact combinations you want to compare, then multiply the number of planned photo-mode generations by the current image-credit cost shown above. Add any separately requested background edits. If you use measurements mode when it is enabled, account for both approximate-model creation and the outfit preview. This gives a planning estimate, not a guaranteed number of satisfactory outputs: image generation can alter details and an otherwise completed result may not answer your styling question.

For runway work, prepare and review the still first. Use the displayed duration choices and corresponding video-credit requirement to estimate the separate video allowance. Check both the active subscription requirement and the remaining balance. Downloading or viewing an existing result does not create a new generation charge, so retain the useful outputs instead of recreating them just to compare later.

Review checkout and keep the purchase reference

Sign in to the account that should receive the allowance and verify its email before starting checkout. Read the selected offer, currency, whether payment is one-time or recurring, and the amount shown by PayPal. A disabled purchase button or an unavailable feature message means you should not assume that payment or generation is ready. A visible test-mode notice identifies a sandbox flow rather than a real charge.

After approval, compare the account's purchase status and allowance before generating. If something is unclear, keep the order reference and the approximate time, then contact [email protected]. Do not send a password, card details or personal photographs. Cancellation stops future subscription renewal; it does not itself approve a refund of an earlier payment. Review the Terms and contact support about the specific transaction rather than assuming that an unused or disliked result creates an automatic refund.
