# Private Try-On > A private, browser-based AI virtual try-on for previewing a whole outfit on your own photo before you buy. It is a style preview, not a sizing or physical-fit guarantee. Last updated: 2026-10-17. ## Quick answers - Private / where photos go: Uploads and results are not written to our database or disk. While a generation runs, our server may hold them in memory for up to 30 minutes, then they expire. Inputs are sent to Agnes to generate the result; Agnes may apply its own retention. Based on written confirmation from Agnes support, uploads sent for generation are not used for model training. We cannot link a public Agnes policy for this. - Local processing? No. Generation runs through our server and Agnes. A browser or installed PWA does not make processing local. - Safe? Review the disclosed data flow and limits before uploading. Style preview, not a fit guarantee. - Free / one-time option: 5 image credits free, once, for an eligible verified account. Starter: $2.99 USD once for 10 image credits, with no subscription. - Clips per plan: Pro: 5 video credits per paid month. Up to 1 10-second clip if the whole monthly video allowance is used for this length. 20-second clips need 10 video credits, available on Pro Max. Pro Max: 15 video credits per paid month. Up to 3 10-second clips if the whole monthly video allowance is used for this length. Optional roles appear only when enabled in the Studio. - Still output: one generated outfit direction. The model can change identity, pose, colour, print, logo, background or garment details. - Runway output: A 10-second 720p clip uses 5 video credits. A shorter motion preview for one outfit direction. A 20-second 720p clip uses 10 video credits. A longer preview with two 10-second segments joined. Motion may not be perfectly continuous at the join. An active Pro or Pro Max plan is required. - Access: web browser or installable PWA. The current consumer generation flow requires an account. ## Current pricing and access - Free: 5 image credits once for an eligible verified account; no card and no daily refill. - Starter: $2.99 USD one time for 10 image credits; no subscription. - 50 Try-Ons: $9.99 USD one time for 50 image credits; no subscription. - Pro: $24.99 USD per month for 500 image credits and 5 video credits; renews through PayPal until cancelled. - Pro Max: $45.99 USD per month for 1000 image credits and 15 video credits; renews through PayPal until cancelled. - Image and video credits are separate. While a generation runs, our server may hold them in memory for up to 30 minutes, then they expire. Inputs are sent to Agnes to generate the result; Agnes may apply its own retention. - Images are still sent to Agnes to create the requested result. Retention after generation may still apply, and immediate deletion is not claimed. Based on written confirmation from Agnes support, uploads sent for generation are not used for model training. We cannot link a public Agnes policy for this. - We do not use third-party analytics. Cloudflare is used only as our CDN/proxy; our own usage statistics are first-party aggregate counts. - Account, allowance, subscription and payment-reference records are stored to operate access and purchases. - Results do not prove fabric behaviour, product fidelity, identity preservation, size or physical fit.
